Today I wanna share with you few ways how to easily organize your Christmas shopping lists, presents and more.. All you need is on photo above, oh, and you also need your head ;)
For me it's really tough to remember everything so I'm a little fan of writing stuff and making lists. And that's mostly what planning is about. In few steps I'm gonna show you how I decided what I need for Christmas and how some easy notices help me decide about stuff.
So know moving to details..
1. Firstly, I've just sat and made an simple list what I need for Christmas - nothing special, only in general.. like below.. This point had to help with making other, more specific lists..
Of course it's just an example, but you got a point, yeah?
2. So next, I made more specific lists connected with points from first one. For presents - who I wanna gave present? For decorations - what kind? etc..
It's a bit more difficult, but really helps..
3. This point I made only for buying presents.. Every year I'm trying my best to choose the most appropriate presents for my family and friends and I know how hard it could be. Even if you know someone for years..
So this year, I decided to try something new for this - mind map. It's a kind of diagram used to visually organize informations. You could use it almost to every kind of informations, so I tried it this way. You could find lots of information how to draw it, so I wouldn't write about it here. I can pretend it's really simple to do, but it's great way to realize what we know about someone's interests.
After doing it, I've just looked on and seen what present would be most common with interests of my friend or family member..
4. Next step, is preparing shopping lists.. After 2&3, it's just like summary. All I had to do was writing down things like decorations from second point and presents from third point.. I wrote it on memo-sticker note and put it into my wallet.
And it's almost all.. Not so difficult, yes? It could take some time, but I can swear that it helps a lot. And you don't have to remember everything, cause you've got it on paper ;)
Let me know, if it helps you..
Bye!
