My current hair routine - Maple Holistics, Biovax and more...

Hi friends! I haven't written anything for so long, but now I'm extremely glad that I could post something again. I missed it. Hopefully, I will do it regularly now. I also want to try something new, but I'm not sure if it will work. We will see :)

Today I came to you with something amazingly not amazing - my current hair routine. It's simple. It's short. But for me it works. :)
At first, I have to be honest with you. I'm not good at taking care of my hair. Actually, I am terrible hair person. I don't use many hair products. I can't style my hair. I'm sometimes to lazy to even brush it. My hair also aren't amazing. They're thin and damaged all the time. But after many years I finally discover my own way to make my hair a little better . I'm proud of it and want to share it with you.
As I said before it's nothing complicated. It contains only 4 products. So here it goes. It's all about proper products.

First of all, shampoo.. For many years, I've been using different types of drugstore shampoos. Mostly destined for damaged hair. I've tried many types from many brands. But I couldn't find anything that would actually help. They've cleaned my hair and that's all. They haven't made them stronger or healthier. Actually I sometimes had problems with my scalp when I was using them. They've just dried it. But after a little research I've decided to try something sulfate free. And it was right choice. Because of it, I discovered my current favorite shampoo.

I've been using it for almost a year. Firstly, when I used it – my hair look even worse (it just showed how my hair actually looked). But after some uses, it started to look and be healthier. And such a long time later, I could say that this shampoo actually made my hair a bit stronger and maybe even thicker. Well, I sometimes use also another type of shampoo from this brand (the one with Aloe Vera). It works equally great, it's just a little more moisturizing. Both of them aren't expensive, but they could be quit difficult to find. However I recommend to try any sulfate free shampoo, there are a lot of advantages of them. You could read about it in many articles ;)

The next thing is of course a conditioner. I wasn't a big fan of it earlier. I couldn't see any results even if I had been using it regularly. Well, now I can see. For more than a month I've been using Silk18 Natural Conditioner from Maple Holistics. And it's honestly the best one, I've ever tried. It's also sulfate free and it's kind of treatment for dry and damaged hair. It contains a lot of good stuff like Argan oil, Jojoba oil and Natural Keratin. It also smells like real vanilla, so it's like having small aromatherapy, every time you wash your hair ;) It leaves my hair really moistened, smooth and nice in touch. Generally, I see that my hair looks and feels better since I've been using this conditioner. I can highly recommend this product and I suggest you check out Maple Holistics stuff. They've got many other interesting products, which I also wanna try. What is cool about this cosmetics is that they're all natural and animal cruelty free. I leave here a link for you so you could find something for yourself ;) - also you could get something free → here

In my everyday hair routine I'm also using some kind of hair&scalp conditioner. It's Jantar conditioner from Polish brand Farmona, but it's also available on amazon (I believe). It has biologically active amber extract as well as vitamins A , E , F, and D-Panthenol and some substances to stimulate hair growth. It's helpful for greasy hair or very dry scalp. But it's really important to massage it into your scalp every day. I use it with some breaks for almost three years and I could say that as long as you use it regularly, it makes wonders. It chokes off everyday hair loss and producing excess of sebum.

And as the last step, sometimes optional, I use hair oils on my ends. I don't have any favorites here. I use this two cuties, mostly because they're easy to travel with and they've pumps. But sometimes I use just a coconut oil.

Close up on ends ;)

As I said my hair routine isn't too complicated. But since I develop it, I noticed a great improvement in the way my hair looks. Even after I had my ombre made. My hair is tangle free, silky, smooth and has nice healthy shine. I think that it's all about finding good products for your hairs needs and using it regularly. I hope it will help you a little!
